My Strengths

There are many things we wish to have in life. The extent to which our hopes and dreams are fulfilled often lies in our subconscious beliefs and fears because they drive our action and inaction. Do you have the courage to fight against your fears? What do you wish you had the strength to do? What you wish to have is within reach, but the mental obstacles are often so big that they hold you back from taking action. In other words, these mental obstacles create anxieties that are sometimes too big to bear.

Reinventing Myself

Sometimes, after so many years being in the same environment, surrounded by familiar faces, engaging in the same routines, we are forced to reinvent ourselves. When big life changes happen, it can be very difficult to move forward and be happy.

The key to finding your happiness again when you have to reinvent yourself is to change your environment. Realizing the differences between your old values vs. your new values, and your old lifestyle vs. your new lifestyle, you can begin to look for and manifest what will work for your future and make you happy, and stop being stuck in the past that didn't make you so happy.

Use this printable to help you break down different aspects of your old life vs. your new life so that you can be clearer on the differences and shift your focus from what you're used to to what will benefit you in the future.
