I'm Worthy Journal is designed to help you understand the root of your self-worth, challenge limiting beliefs, and take the necessary steps to foster a strong sense of self-worth within you.
While we may not all be conventionally pretty, smart, or capable, we can develop a strong sense of self-worth by focusing on what we do have, what we are good at, and by working on strengthening those aspects.
As social beings, we might rely on how others perceive us to gauge our self-worth. However, how others perceive us is not as important as how we perceive ourselves. If we feel confident, we radiate an aura that attracts and accepts opportunities. Conversely, if we lack confidence, we may reject opportunities that come our way.
Past rejections and disapprovals may have left scars on our hearts, making us feel unworthy or not good enough. Today, we have the choice to shift our perspective and understand that not all rejections are personal. Sometimes, they are blessings in disguise, saving us from further emotional pain, from wasting our time, and from staying in situations that do not align with who we are meant to be and where we are meant to go.
There is always something and someone better waiting for us in the future. Only if we believe that we are worthy will we find what we feel we deserve.
