The Mindful Life Design Lab is a 3-month, live, small-group experience for anyone who wants to intentionally move a meaningful project or goal forward this year. This isn’t a class or a webinar. It’s a lab: you bring something that matters to you, and together we apply psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness to help turn it into a lived reality.
This experience will be led by Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, created to help you pause, reflect, and realign in the first quarter of the year so that the rest can flow and manifest in the way you desire it to.

The Voice in Your Head
Based on Rebecca’s doctoral research on automatic thoughts, you’ll learn a powerful technique called Notice, Name, Relax, Release (NNRR). This practice helps you navigate emotional challenges with calm, clarity, and confident presence - something many participants carry with them long after the program ends.

Training the Subconscious Mind
In this session, you’ll create your personal Life GPS—a science-backed visualization that communicates clearly with the subconscious mind and reticular activating system, helping align your focus around health, relationships, prosperity, and career.

Inner Journey, Outer Results
Growth isn’t only measured by outcomes. This session invites you to reflect on the inner qualities you’re developing - resilience, confidence, creativity - and set an intention for how you want to continue showing up on your path.

Celebration & Integration
After 3 months of staying on path, perhaps in a way you haven’t before, you’ll pause to reflect. Is this chapter complete, or has something new revealed itself? We’ll close with a Crossing the Line visualization to bring clarity to what comes next.

Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, PhD is the creator of the Mindful Life Design Lab and the author of Mindful Living Made Easy, a bestselling book in the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
