📦 SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order carefully, as we’re unable to:

  • Modify shipping or billing information
  • Change cover styles or products
  • Apply discount codes post-purchase
  • Combine or split orders

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

ORDER ISSUES

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery: support@thehappinessplanner.com. Include your name, order number, a photo of the issue, and a description.

We cannot replace used, written-in, or mishandled items.

If you ordered from another retailer, please contact them directly.

WRONG ITEM OR QUANTITY?

We’ll make it right! Email us with your order number, and we’ll send you the correct item plus a return label for the mistaken product.

🌍 SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in the US and UK.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart contents.

Handling time: 2–3 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable for:

  • Refused or undeliverable packages
  • Returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order leaves the US or UK, we rely on your country’s postal system for delivery. If tracking says your item has arrived in your country, please contact your local carrier directly.
