- IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CHARGES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee. These charges are set by the destination country and become the buyer’s responsibility. We are unable to mark a paid order as a “gift.” Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs and delays could entail prior to purchasing. If you are looking for a way to save money on shipping, we recommend checking with our international retailer(s) or combining your order with a few friends!
- ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with United States Postal Service (USPS), Royal Mail, or ParcelForce tracking information.
Please note that in order to track your order in your country. Once your order arrives to your country, you can use the same tracking number that you receive with your national carrier. For example, if your order is shipped from our US warehouse, once the order arrives to Australia, you can use the exact same tracking number to track on Aus Post's website.
- ORDER PROCESSING
For pre-orders, processing time or an estimated shipping date will be clearly noted in the product description of the item you order. In-stock products ship same-day or up to 2 business days later.
- SHIPMENT OF ORDER
We will ship orders to the address you indicate. Upon our delivery of your items to USPS, Royal Mail, or ParcelForce, The Happiness Planner is no longer responsible for the shipment. You would be responsible for filing a claim with USPS, RoyalMail, or ParcelForce for damaged or lost shipments, and we will quickly proceed once a resolution has been determined. We’ll be happy to walk you through this process!
- ESTIMATED DELIVERY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Typically, shipments will take 2-3 weeks from the date your package is shipped. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. The Happiness Planner cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.
- REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to The Happiness Planner and you will receive a refund for the merchandise, minus the return shipping fees. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- RETURN POLICY
No cover style changes, cancellations, returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a pre-paid return shipping label (for US shipments) for you to ship the item back to us. However, please note that we don't provide a pre-paid return shipping label for non-US orders.
We are happy to send you the correct product, provided the replacement product is in stock. Should your replacement product be out of stock, we will send out your replacement item as soon as we have more.
In the event that a retail store processes an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged/defective item from a retailer, please contact the retailer to discuss. The retailer will contact us if necessary. Thank you!
