Designing your life isn’t something you do once a year.

It’s something you return to...especially when clarity fades and momentum slips.

The Mindful Life Design Lab is a 3-month, live, small-group experience for people who are ready to choose a meaningful path and stay with it.

This isn’t a class you consume or a webinar you forget. It’s a lab.

You come with a real goal or project - something that matters to you, but hasn’t fully moved forward yet. Every other week, you meet live on Zoom with a small group of 10–15 people who are also choosing to show up, speak honestly, and follow through.

Together, we apply psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness - not as theory, but as practical tools - to help you turn intention into action and action into consistency.

Each live session is paired with a guided workbook designed to help you clarify decisions, track progress, and anchor what you’re learning into daily life. This is where insight becomes movement.

The Lab is led by Dr. Rebecca Kochenderfer, PhD, and was created as a deliberate pause in the first quarter of the year - a space to reflect, realign, and intentionally set the direction for what follows.

When the path is clear and witnessed, momentum comes naturally.

The Corridor Principle: Think Path, Not Goal · January 25

Clarity doesn’t arrive before action—it arrives through it. You’ll explore possible paths, then choose one small, repeatable “touch” that creates steady momentum without overwhelm.


The Voice in Your Head · February 8

Based on Rebecca’s doctoral research on automatic thoughts, you’ll learn the Notice, Name, Relax, Release (NNRR) method—an emotional regulation practice that builds calm, clarity, and self-trust under pressure.


Training the Subconscious Mind · February 22

Create your personal Life GPS—a science-backed visualization that aligns your subconscious focus around health, relationships, prosperity, and career.


Inner Journey, Outer Results · March 8

Progress isn’t just what you achieve—it’s who you become. Reflect on the inner qualities you’re strengthening and set a clear intention for how you want to keep showing up.


Celebration & Integration · March 22

After three months of staying on path, you’ll pause to reflect. Is this chapter complete, or has a new direction revealed itself? We close with a Crossing the Line visualization to clarify what comes next.
